8 Months....

Oh how the months fly by....

Evan has his 8 month checkup on Tuesday so we'll have all the official stats from that but we guess he's about 20 pounds. Changes that we've noticed recently?

- Teeth! Front teeth are starting to show (2 front...one each top & bottom). It hurts when he goes to suck your face/hand/arm/finger
- Size. He's almost outgrown his car seat. Besides length, he's also getting too heavy to lug around in it.
- Sleep. His pattern is pretty good. 9:30pm - 6:30am. 50% of the time he stays the night in his crib in his room....the other times he joins us halfway through the night.
- Diapers. All I'm saying is if this is what he can produce for a stage 3 diaper....I can only imagine what happens in a stage 6 diaper. Oh yeah, for the record...Huggies are terrible! Don't waste your money. Buy pampers.
- Food. Add peaches and green beans (not waxed) to his list of likes.



This is his standard "duck towel". Bath time is still big fun....especially when the cats come in the bathroom to visit. 2 great things at once!

And this is for Aunt Kathryn who got him this shirt. However, for the record, in his world Ducks are much more fun to play with than Senators.
